Sears can KMA!

We lost both garage door openers when we were struck by lightning so we went to Sears to purchase some new ones. We had a problem with them 3 years ago when we purchased one for Mrs. whodat that took a month of us bitching to get some results and they eventually deducted the installation charge, so cool for us. We thought it was just a fluke and we'd give them another chance since we're back in the market.

Well we went back to Sears yesterday to get our money back. We never received a call from their install team after 9 days and Mrs. whodat was hopping mad and I can't blame her. When the economy is in the dumper lke itis right now you'd think Customer Service would be a priority, but not at Sears.

After getting our refund, and Mrs. whodat giving the employee some sage advice we called my friend who manages a Lowes, went in there and bought what we needed. 5 minutes later someone calls me from Lowe's to get some more info and to confirm our address. They tell us we can expect a call fromthe install crew in about 2 days. Nope. Didn't happen. It was 3 hours and they're installing tomorrow morning!

Never again will I shop at Sears. They can KMA!
